We have been coming to Teignmouth for the last few years to visit relatives, we have stayed in different places but this is the best. It's the first one to give us a lovely welcome hamper and Devon Tea. The house is confortable and warm, but could be a bit warmer in the bathrooms. I loved the kitchen but not the spiral staircase, but saying that I could be a bit fitter!! The weather has been very mixed this week but hasn't spoilt our break. We still had ice cream under the umbrella in the pouring rain! (Talk about the British on Holiday) If we had the chance, we would like to return and will also recomend you. Thank you Eve .

Thanks a lot for the welcome treat - we apreciated it a lot! we spent some very nice days here, enjoyed the weather and the comfort of the house. A daytrip to Dartmouth Castle a walk along the Teign and visiting Exeter - a must! Got a flavour of Cornwall. Oh yes, another day trip to St Ives fantastic! Its been our first vacation in GB for sure not the last!

Sunnybrook is a lovely house, comfortable and well equipped. Great for walking into Shaldon, especially the workout up Laurel lane and the roller coaster ride down. Great weather and lots to do in the area. Will be back again.

Thanks for your warm welcome. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay - especially the three bathrooms and the well equipped kitchen we appreciated. No complaints about the weather - we also had lots of days on the beach.

Shaldon is a really pretty place. we went to Torquay, paignton, and Brixham which is really nice as well. Blackpool Sands and Becky Falls were great! Thanks for everything.

A lovel, comfortable and well equipped cottage in a GREAT location. Would recomend the London Inn in Shaldon for good reasonably priced food. We had a lovely holiday Eve and Mike, and hope to return.

Beautiful cottage, spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable fully equipped. Couldn't ask for a better warm welcome. We have had a super holiday. Total chillout much needed. Lovely coast path walks. Teignmouth is so lovely, not so Torquay (sorry) Model Village is a MUST. Superb meals at the Church House Inn also a must.

I loved Sunnybrook. A lovely place to come back to each day. Great location for walks, shops, etc. I shall miss it! All the best.

Good location for gettig around this area. Very well equipped and excellent welcome. Can recomend 2 pubs: The Elizabethan at Luton, and The Church House Inn at STOKEINTEIGNHEAD. Thanks for a very relaxing few days.
